For example, the exact boathouse location was featured twice in the film. A lot of the locations seem like they've been reused from other films in this franchise. Hatchet or Hatchet II movie Hatchet 3 may be able to recognize it as familiar, which could result in the movie feeling too familiar.

Overall, I enjoyed Hatchet 3 even though it was very similar to previous installments in the series. It also offered plenty of gory thrills and some entertaining performances by its cast members.
